Mumbai, July 21, 2025 – In a landmark judgment nearly 19 years after the devastating Mumbai local train bombings, the Bombay High Court has acquitted all 12 individuals who had been convicted in the case.
कोर्ट ने कहा कि अभियोजन पक्ष आरोपियों के खिलाफ पुख्ता सबूत पेश करने में विफल रहा और यह मानना मुश्किल है कि उन्होंने ही अपराध को अंजाम दिया।
The court observed that the prosecution failed to prove the case beyond reasonable doubt, and stated that “it is difficult to believe that the accused were the actual perpetrators.”
