Hardik Pandya has launched a sportswear line, priced between 999 and 2,299 euros, under a revenue-sharing agreement with FanCode-owned FanCode Shop. FanCode will design, manufacture and sell the items. Nikhil Bardia of Rise Worldwide said this is Pandya’s first licensing project. The launch includes key items like t-shirts, vests and jackets, unlike the usual endorsement deals.
MUMBAI: All-rounder Hardik Pandya has launched his own performance apparel collection through an exclusive licensing agreement with FanCode Shop, the online merchandise store of Dream Sports-owned FanCode.
As part of the agreement, FanCode Shop will design, manufacture and sell products under the Hardik Pandya brand name under a revenue-sharing partnership.
The initial product range will include t-shirts, vests, polo shirts, shorts and jackets, priced between Rs 999 and Rs 2,299.
Pandya is currently promoting 20 brands and charges Rs 20 crore to Rs 30 crore per deal.
“We aim to build an ecosystem through our long-term partnership with FanCode Shop,” he explained. Pandya is the first Rise-managed athlete to launch his own product line.
